If we need to cancel the trip for any reason we will let you know via email, text, and / or phone as early as possible.

Please call either 908-249-1788 or 410-952-3070 before you leave for your trip to confirm whether or not the trip is still on. Sometimes it may be raining or snowing in one area but perfectly fine at the destination spot.

If the trip is cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start of the trip you will be entitled to join another trip of equal or lesser value at a future date. Our goal will be to place you in the same trip at a future time.

If one of the activities has to be stopped because of inclement weather or another unforeseen problem during the trip before the trip is considered complete or almost complete; you will be entitled to join another trip of equal or lesser value at a future date. Our goal will be to place you in the same trip at a future time.

If the trip is almost complete and the group is heading toward the meal or the final part of the excursion, no rebooking will occur.

If you inform Active Excursions at least 24 hours prior to the trip, that you cannot make the trip for any reason, you will be allowed to rebook a trip of equal or lesser value at a future date for a rebooking fee of $45 or you will forfeit the trip.

If you inform Active Excursions within 24 hours of the trip, that you cannot make the trip for any reason, you will be allowed to rebook a trip of equal or lesser value at a future date for a rebooking fee of $65 or you will forfeit the trip.
