Distance:

Loops of varying distance allowing beginners to ride a comfortable distance. Loops will be 2-3 miles each and we will complete 3-4 loops as time allows.

Cost :

$95 without Bike rental, $130 with bike rental. Please contact us if you need a bike.

Description:

Trip features include a guided ride by a expert mountain biking guide knowledgeable with the local terrain. This is a no drop ride and is meant to get beginners familiar with Mountain biking and Potapsco State Park. This trip includes:

• Water and snacks during the ride.

• Lunch at our featured restaurant

• Speaker during lunch

Directions:

From 695 take 95 South towards Washington
Take 195 East Towards BWI Airport

Make a right onto Washington Blvd towards Elkridge

Turn right onto Montgomery Rd.

Make a right onto Landing Road.

Destination will be on the left in ~1 mile.
Take exit 4 to merge onto MD-103 W/Meadowridge Rd
Turn right onto Montgomery Rd
Take the 1st left to stay on Montgomery Rd
Turn left onto Rockburn Branch Park Rd
Destination will be on the right

Physical Demands:

Moderate: The trip has some minimal hills however Mountain biking is a physically instense sport. Our multiple loop trip plan allows this to be completable in almost any physical condition. Please use your best judgment or email us at info@activeexcursions.org if you have any questions.
